Nikhil Vyas, Esq. (Founder, Managing Attorney)
Nikhil (“Nik”) Vyas earned his J.D. from the Wake Forest School of Law in 2013. Following graduation, he worked at a volume-driven real estate law firm in Charlotte which established a foundation for understanding title nuances and procedures. His entrepreneurial spirit and experience working in real estate led him to start his own firm in 2017 with a more personal approach. Nik works tirelessly to keep clients informed and at ease in transactions relating to their ownership of real property. He also enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and giving back to the community.

Caleb Gregory, Esq. (Associate Attorney)
Caleb, a local small-town native of Benson, North Carolina, received his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 2018. During school, Caleb focused his legal studies on Estate Planning and Real Estate Transactions. Caleb’s experience during law school, assisting in the care of his elderly grandfather diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, sparked his passion to assist families in preparing for their futures with a proper estate plan in place. In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his fiancée, caring for their dog Clemson, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Angela Turner (Managing Paralegal)
Originally from Tennessee, Angela (“Angie”) moved to the Raleigh area in 1999 and has compiled nearly two decades of legal experience in the Greater Triangle Area. Angela works closely with realtors and lenders throughout the Triangle to provide support for seamless closings. In addition to work, Angela is a passionate supporter of breast cancer research and early detection, raising thousands of dollars as a team organizer for the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s North Carolina Triangle to the Coast – Race for the Cure.
John Hedrick (Settlement Agent)
John Hedrick, a Raleigh native who earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University, has accumulated extensive experience in the mortgage industry making him a trusted partner for first-time home buyers and investors. His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail give him the ability to guide clients through the complex mortgage process with ease. John visits the coast with his family for boating and fishing expeditions whenever he has the opportunity.
Shelley Vyas (Title Paralegal)
Shelley brings years of industry experience in title examination and research. Throughout her career, Shelley has conducted thousands of residential title examinations throughout the state. Her role is pivotal to ensuring our clients convey and acquire clear marketable title. Born and raised in Historic Edenton, North Carolina, Shelley loves going back to visit her family whenever she can. She is also the mother to a handsome young boy and three cats adopted from various local shelters.
Vanessa Ray (Intake Paralegal)
Vanessa was born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and has spent the majority of her career in the real estate and lending industries. For nearly a decade she worked with John Hedrick as a mortgage processor, reviewing loan files for any red flags before submitting for underwriting approval. Her role at our firm is to ensure we receive the most accurate and up-to-date information to keep our closings on schedule. Married to her high school sweetheart Bradley for 29 years, they share two children, Brandon and Brina.
Brooke Blevins (Receptionist)
Brooke, born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, moved to Raleigh in 2013 after completing her undergraduate studies at Wingate University. Brooke is a veteran of the customer service industry and enjoys engaging new clients face-to-face. On our team, Brooke will be your first point of contact, ensuring client inquiries are directed to the appropriate team member. Outside of work, Brooke spends her free time enjoying live music and exploring the Triangle’s booming culinary scene.
Robert T. Hedrick, Esq. (Attorney Of-Counsel)
After passing the bar in 1961, Robert (“Bob”) Hedrick served as a prosecutor for the Raleigh City Court system for several years. He later ventured into private practice which allowed him to fulfill his desire to help clients with their legal problems. Over the last 25 years, he has focused more on real estate law, however, he continues to assist his clients with other civil matters. His experience reviewing surveys and title curative matters make him an indispensable asset to our title search team.
