Nikhil Vyas, Esq. | Managing Attorney
Nikhil (“Nik”) began his professional career after law school at a volume-driven law firm which established a foundation for a greater understanding of intricacies of the title search. Nik believes that the root of consumer protection lies in the diligent investigation of rights related to the ownership of real property, and since starting on his own has been focused on preserving the integrity in the practice of residential real estate law. His work in residential real estate is geared toward keeping his clients informed and updated on changes in the law, coaching referral partners with contract negotiation, easement and survey matters, and the general management of client expectations.
A majority of Nikhil’s day-to-day practice is devoted to commercial real estate and business law with a focus on the representation of buyers and sellers with respect to their real property transactions, landlords and tenants with respect to their long-term leasehold arrangements, and representation of small business owners with respect to their formation, planning, and succession. Understanding the firm’s primary focus is in the real property transaction, commercial real estate requires an extensive knowledge in corporate and business law, and as a result Nik is focused on developing a skill-set ideal for any party requiring representation in their ownership of real property. In his free time, Nikhil enjoys cooking for his wife and son, Rowan, playing tennis, and giving back to the community.

Residential Real Estate
Caleb Gregory, Esq. | Associate Attorney
Caleb, a local small-town native of Benson, North Carolina, received his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law. Caleb’s studies of estate planning and elder law during law school, accompanied by his routine care of his elderly grandfather diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, sparked his passion to assist families in preparing for their futures with a proper estate plan in place.
A majority of Caleb’s day-to-day practice is devoted to residential real estate and specifically the representation of individuals with respect to their ownership in real property and basic estate planning. Caleb conducts the final closing ceremony for buyers and sellers of residential real estate. His patience and diligence make him an exceptional attorney to represent first-time home buyers in navigating the finish line of what can be a daunting process. In his free time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, caring for their dog Clemson, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
